PTJoe is based at the Moreton Hall Health Club and has been a keen runner for over 12 years having ran every distance up to a marathon.

Neil Hillier
Personal Trainer Neil Hillier is based at Unit One Gym and has years of experience within the fitness industry.

Katie King
Katie is a fitness instructor and is a high achieving runner with a 2.43 marathon PB and often represents Suffolk in running races.

Chris Poulding
Chris is a highly regarded running coach from the local area and is a highly passionate runner with a 2.39 marathon PB.

Holly Archer
Holly is a European silver medalist & Uk national 1500m gold medalist. She has a wealth of knowledge to share with you.

We completely understand the training and motivation needed to fulfil your running goals. We know it’s not going to always going to be smooth sailing, but we do know that running together makes it all feel much better! And friendships are made.

We all know we should be doing interval training, hill training, sprints etc, to truly get results but do we all do it when left to our own devices? This group has been created to make those sessions fun as they will make the difference.

TIME BASED TRAINING SO ALL ABILITIES ARE WELCOME
We make sure that all sessions are time based so that you don’t have to worry about keeping up with others. Starting blocks are split into several time slots so that you are running with people of similar speed – just focus on pushing yourself!
